Each of the 11 characters has 4 identical cards.

Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit Snap was a one of two completely new Beatrix Potter themed games issued by Gibsons when they took over Pepys brand in 1984, the other game being Beatrix Potter's Rummy.
